How we can work together

Each session is 50 minutes long. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, but this is dependent on you and your goals. We’ll always choose an approach that fits you and your evolving needs.

To get the most out of our work together, I also recommend:

  • Aim to attend all scheduled sessions.

  • Share your thoughts and feelings openly during our conversations.

  • Complete any agreed-upon tasks between sessions.

  • Ask questions if you are unsure about any part of the counselling process, and discuss any concerns you may have.

Fees

  • Standard Session: $160 (50 minutes)

  • Concession Rate: $120 (50 minutes)

Concession fees are available with a valid concessional ID (HealthCare/Low Income, Pensioner, Veterans, Student and Seniors Health cards). If you are unsure, please ask.

"After some big disruptions in our family, my daughter really struggled. Mitch’s calm and thoughtful approach helped her slowly reconnect with herself, and with us. He didn’t just support her; he helped me feel less alone in supporting her, too."

“I noticed changes when we started to strengthen my foundations through meaningful routines. As I added more over time, parts of me that felt stuck began to shift.”
